Ross: Unbelievable! No turbine noise, the road noise is greatly reduced . . . and there's a respectable chance it will hold fluids. Every single thing you did added value. Thanks to the techs and procurement staff . . . and for staying curious. I'm ready to be the dude on the Auto X poster with the s__t eating grin. Buddy

I?m from the Bay Area. My family and I were on our way to our home in Lake Tahoe when suddenly, our Porsche broke down. We asked some locals for a good and honest repair shop and they directed us to Automotive Excellence where I was greeted at the front counter by Ross, the owner. Now honestly, because I was 150 miles from home, and my car is a Porsche, my initial thought was ?I?m going to be taken advantage of??Boy was I ever wrong!! After explaining what was going on with my car, Ross and I took it for a drive so he could evaluate the noise it made himself. The next thing I knew the car was up on the rack and Ross had diagnosed the problem. Because it was a Saturday and the car was a Porsche, parts were not readily available from the local suppliers, in other words- it would have to be ordered. Well Ross must have seen the stress and frustration on my face. To ease what was going on, Ross said he could have the car fixed and ready by Monday and if I needed a car rental to get back on track with our family trip, he could make any and all arrangements!! With my okay, the next thing I knew, I was in Ross?s personal vehicle, and he?s taking me to get my car rental!! Ross even gets me a discount off the car rental!! Finally, with the car rental, I make my way back to Automotive Excellence. Having had repairs done on our Porsche before and always spending more than $1000.00 for even the simplest of repairs, I?m thinking Ross has bad news for me. What I thought would be close to $2000.00 is just a little over $500.00!! Ross and his wife Randi are two great people who really turned a stressful situation into a pleasurable experience. This is the number one shop around! No where else will you be treated with the understanding and helpfulness that customers, myself included,recieve from them. They are the very best in repairs as well as customer service, which is very important to me. i would recommend, and do recommend, this shop to any and all! Thankyou Automotive Excellence!
